Learn from others; technical debates are good but dictatorships are bad as they cause poor morale and lack of overall learning and advancement.

Concentrate on how the technology affects the business and don't do things for technology sake alone

I would have stayed at AOL for another two years.

Working as an NFL referee as its good exercise and you work once a week, 20 weeks per year.
