What's been your best job and why?
This current job has been my best job as it challenges me in many aspects: management, communication and yes " technical.
What do you think is the number one non-IT skill IT professionals need today?
As IT professionals, we all need to understand the business we are in to better utilize our IT skills.
What do you credit your career success to?
Education gave me a ticket, I would give more credit to what I have learned from everyone that I have been working with.

Understand the business needs, good knowledge in top products/tools available in your industry and their trends, and the ability to retain the best IT resources.

Monster.com as it's the most popular site in my opinion.
What is the best career advice you've ever received?
We should either make it a success or don't start it at first place.
What would you advise someone looking to find the type of role you currently have?
Expect to work with someone you will never meet in person and be flexible with your working hours.
What is the one career decision you would change if you could?
Can't think of any now.
If you had the choice to jump into any other job, tech or non-tech, what would it be?
Working on a product/service such as Google.com that do what others haven't thought of or couldn't accomplish.
