Always treat your customer the way you would expect to be treated yourself.

What's the top advice you'd give to a new IT staffer?
Don't try to do more than you can, learn as you go and grow into the organization. No one person can do it all.

What would you advise someone looking to find the type of role you currently have?
Learn all aspects of the business, you don't have to be an expert on everything but you have to understand all the parts/departments of your organization in order to lead effectively.

What is the one career decision you would change if you could?
None, though some worked better than others, I have learned a great deal about each of the decisions I have made, some of have me a stronger leader, others have lead me to be sure not to repeat a decision.

If you had the choice to jump into any other job, tech or non-tech, what would it be?
I would not change anything; I am very happy and committed to moving PEQ into the next phase of its growth and look forward to seeing the end result as to where it might be able to grow to.
