Channel & Sales Order Processing Support Associate - America-Ts Sales Operations
Essential Function This position will support the Jawbone America-Ts sales team and work closely with specific sales team members and their accounts. This individual will be the daily tactical contact for specific Jawbone Channel partners-T procurement, inventory and returns teams. This individual will also work closely with the Jawbone sales team to help increase revenues with existing Channel partners and aid in establishing new Channel partners and/or territories. This position is also a critical integration point into the Sales, Operations and Finance organizations and owns the sales order process for a designated group of customers or activities; meeting requirements in an accurate and timely manner, providing expertise to internal and external customers in all related matters, thereby delivering customer satisfaction while ensuring company goals and objectives are met.
Responsibilities: * Support the assigned Sales personnel as required in order to maximize the revenue generated by their accounts * Provide ongoing communications with accounts, typically in regard to order confirmation, order status and tracking information * Be the primary internal contact for Jawbone's sales team regarding project or special request opportunities * Provide Channel feedback to the Jawbone sales team and other pertinent areas of Jawbone on an ongoing basis * Engage cross-functional resources, regardless of geographical location, in order to achieve goal and meet customer needs * Assume responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work * Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction * Streamline existing processes, generate and distribute ad hoc reporting as applicable * Work with the appropriate parties to set up and maintain distributors, end customers, products and pricing. * Communicate, interact, and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Operations and Finance via written and verbal means as well as in person wherever applicable, to expedite the resolution of requests and/or escalations. * Consistently meet daily productivity transaction targets. * Competently handle both simple and complex requests, systems and accounts with advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes and ERP/NetSuite systems. * Analyze Sales Order data and reports related to transactions. * Manage PO confirmations, Advanced Shipping Notifications and ETA-Ts via customer web-based portals. * Ensure appropriate technical and commercial approvals are in place. * Ensure PO data, including estimated ship and delivery dates are accurately entered into ERP/NetSuite system * Manage and resolve external & internal queries relating to order status, inventory shortages, partial shipments, and POD-Ts * Partner with third party ERP/NetSuite provider to fully utilize the tools available
Required Skills * Demonstrate attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, good decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills * Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment dealing with several areas and tasks at once * Excellent interpersonal, time management, customer handling and communications skills (written, presentation, speaking, listening) * Experience dealing with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance * Ability to work independently * Strong mathematical and analytical problem solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, VLookup and other key formulas) * Meticulous and able to handle routine data entries accurately and efficiently * Minimal travel required
Experience/Qualifications Preferred * Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or other related discipline * Minimum two years working in a Channel partner environment or equivalent experience including but not limited to consumer electronics inside sales, supply chain, marketing or planning * Command of Microsoft Office suite with advanced knowledge of Excel * Familiarity with NetSuite or related ERP systems
