Administrative Assistant - Human Resources Location: Minster, OH Employment Type: Part Time Department: Other Description: Administrative Support- Human Resources The Minster Machine Companyhas an opening for a part-time Administrative Support Specialist working in our Human Resources Department. Primary duties includeproviding administrative support to the Human Resources department. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Candidate will need to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Duties: * Assist in the recruiting effort for all open positions in the company * Assist in all administrative functions associated with payroll, benefits and training * Assist in the administration of safety programs and workers compensation * Work with employees to resolve issues and answer questions regarding a variety of HR Issues Qualifications: * Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook * Must be detail orientated, extremely accurate and have exceptional organizational skills * Must work with a sense of urgency * Excellent communication skills * Must be a team player * Must be able to easily develop rapport with internal and external customers by being engaging, polite and courteous This position will be filled through a contract service initially.
