Consumers get access to perks, deals, and rewards for sharing their opinions and expertise. We're disrupting the performance marketing space with transparent transactions, beautiful design, and
straightforward monetization.

We-Tre looking for an iOS Developer to lead the development of our mobile app. Your contributions will be crucial to the success of Referly.

Responsibilities

* Able to hit ground running and build mobile features
* Define key components of architecture including storage and backend requirements
* Work with design and marketing to define product features for key areas
* Instrument your features to gauge customer engagement, then drive insights back into the decision making process
* Proactively identify gaps in the customer experience and make impassioned recommendations
* Conduct code reviews and set an example for code quality

Requirements

* 2+ years of building iPhone apps with proven track record
* Experience connecting mobile apps to web backend
* Find and correct memory usage issues, and optimizing code for application performance
* Strong communication skills: known for your empathy and listening ability, able to explain complexproblems,make convincing arguments that sell your position
* Self-starter and driven to see a project through to completion
* Able to build highly secure solutions on both client and server side
* Familiarity with Android is a plus
