The Mission Support Business Unit within SAIC has a career opportunity for a Staff Intelligence Analyst at Fort Shafter, Honolulu, HI. This position supports intelligence requirements management in accordance with Joint, Army, and PACOM guidance in support of deliberate intelligence and crisis action planning and operations for all intelligence disciplines. Provides technical advice and expertise in military intelligence manpower, readiness, and training requirements. Supports intelligence requirements development, submission, and coordination through the approval and validation process. Researches and analyzes global and regional conventional, irregular, and asymmetric threats to the US Forces in the Pacific Theater and US territories. Coordinates with National and DoD Intelligence Communities, key military, senior civilians, and other contractors to provide information, assessments and facilitate achieving the intelligence products and services required to support the USARPAC mission. The primary focus of this position will be on the Foundry Program Management Support to provide USARPAC units with Intelligence Training management. Assist the USARPAC Foundry Program Manager with coordinating Foundry resources to maximize support to USARPAC Major Subordinate Commands. Interacts with unit Foundry Program Managers to identify and prioritize Intelligence Training Readiness requirements. Coordinate support for Foundry course providers to facilitate Mobile Training Team events to bring training to USARPAC units. Coordinates input to determine priority and eligibility for USARPAC units to attend Foundry courses both on and off Island. Provide program management assistance to USARPAC manager in tracking and accounting for Foundry program resources and ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are provided to DA G-2 and INSCOM Foundry program management. Develop and maintain planning documents to assist Foundry program manager with efficient tracking of planned, obligated, and expended resources. Attend monthly, quarterly, and annual VTCs, meetings, and conferences; provide notes and feedback to the command on Foundry program updates and initiatives. Will ensure the USARPAC Foundry program complies with Army Regulations for program management and exceeds annual inspection requirements in accordance with Army Regulation 350-32 for Foundry program management. Manage USARPAC Foundry online website within USARPAC SharePoint infrastructure to ensure all units have access to Program regulations and doctrine, updated training catalogues and calendars, and points of contact information. Engage with 500th MI Brigade Foundry Platform to facilitate Foundry training opportunities for USARPAC Units. Attend weekly Pacific Foundry Platform Synchronization meetings to enable and maintain visibility of Foundry Platform operations. Qualifications : Bachelor''s degree in Liberal Arts/Sciences (or related field) and/or equivalent formal military training and 6 years related experience including work in all-source analysis environments. An additional 4 years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor''s degree. Must have a thorough understanding of the U.S. Intelligence Community, the intelligence cycle, processes and organizations as they relate to counter terrorism analysis.
