Description The Strategy Senior Analyst or will play a key role in growing the worlds most innovative company. As a member of an internal consulting group supporting the SVP of Human Resources, you will structure, develop and execute analyses that drive the companys recruiting operations and long-term strategy. In this role, you will also serve as strategic advisor and `right arm` to the SVP of Recruiting, leveraging insights from your analyses to drive results delivery. This position reports to the Chief of Staff for the SVP of Human Resources. Responsibilities: Structure, develop and execute analyses that drive the company s day-to-day recruiting operations and long-term strategic plan Provide periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) on performance objectives. Build and maintain relationships with peers inside and outside the HR organization to ensure strong cross-group collaboration Draft internal and external communication on behalf of the SVP Serve as a key member on various performance improvement projects Handle special projects and internal consulting assignments assigned by SVP Requirements: Four-year university degree 1-3 year(s) of post-undergraduate experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., Bain AC2 or SAC), or 2+ years in a business or financial analyst role with a demonstrated track record of advancement Strong general business acumen (finance, marketing, corporate development, operations) Ability to manage multiple projects with little to no direction, strong project management skills Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment Superior judgment, presentation skills, and the ability to work under deadline pressure Exceptional executive presence and integrity
