ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director will support the company''s goals through a range of consulting, analytic and business development functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our unique analyses and research services to prospects and partners among Advertising Agencies in the Western U.S. region.
Leveraging comScore's core capabilities to address clients'' strategic and tactical marketing challenges, this Director will:
. Build client relationships and drive sales of comScore research solutions, including our advertising effectiveness solutions, per a specified revenue quota within a defined territory
. Forge strong relationships to solidify comScore as a true consultative partner for business and marketing insights
. Uncover and understand the business needs and challenges of our Agency clients; address these through business analysis, recommendations and ongoing consultation based on our unique information services
. Communicate project objectives to client service, product management and other internal teams
. Exemplify comScore''s tradition of analytical and account service excellence and industry leadership
. Minimum of bachelor''s degree and 6-10 years professional experience
. Experience within the digital marketing industry strongly preferred (online publisher/media company research/sales, digital agency media planning/buying/analytics, or digital market research firm)
. Understanding of advertising research and how information can be applied to help clients achieve their goals
. Specific experience managing or selling advertising effectiveness services highly desired
. A high intellect individual who combines curiosity, analytical excellence, razor-sharp communication skills and an ability to build outstanding client relationships
. A relentless work ethic and drive to go the extra mile
. A desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced and winning company
. Flexibility and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements
