Are you our next Warehousing Manager? We are currently seeking an Warehousing Manager for our FishHawk, Florida location. This position will lead Mosaic's Remote Warehouse Program: Customer, Customer-3rd party, direct-transfers and lease locations - all non-Mosaic owned facilities. Lead Team of warehouse coordinators and specialists to drive process improvement, determine process direction and prioritization. What will you do? * Lead Warehouse Program Process - steps includes prospect, assess, segment, negotiate, control, measure, and improve. Lead contract negotiations - implement consistent contract terms and service standards throughout footprint. Lead, administer and measure contracts to insure compliance. This includes SOX compliance accountability on various inventory components. * Interface with Sales and Supply Chain to determine the most appropriate partners, and market locations. Develop policy recommendation and coordinate roll out of new programs for processes, procedures and policy. * Lead team of warehouse coordinators and warehouse specialists to drive consistent process improvements and minimize complaints, determine process direction and liaison with IT to ensure prioritization of various projects. Coach, train, and retain Mosaic talent. * Support Mgr. Warehousing and Replenishment in management of costs and implement enhancements to improve asset efficiency, warehouse turns, and market penetration/expansion. Leverage Warehousing Program to improve Mosaic's return on invested capital and customer loyalty levels. Report key metrics for warehouses and measure and communicate performance on a quarterly basis. * Be vigilant of issues and conditions that can affect their fellow workers. * Report any issues that can impact the environment or the safety of the employees. Position Requirements What do you need for this role? * Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Operations, or Finance discipline required. * Minimum 10 years of transportation, sales, or product line experience required. Experience in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts in a highly complex environment is a must. Deep knowledge of North American sales relationships required. * Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities required. SAP knowledge and abilities desired. * Strong leadership capabilities. * Excellent communications skills. * Passionate work ethic willing to work long hours to satisfy customer and production requirements. * Able to balance and priority work activities in a fast-paced environment. * Effective interpersonal skills to develop. * Willingness for significant travel (average 2-3 trips per month). * Process orientated individual who can assess upstream and downstream impacts of situation and drive compliance. * Ability to cross collaborate and manage many interested parties at once and drive direction and decision. * Physical work environment is typically indoors at a consistent temperature.
