Designation: Sr Business Systems Analyst
Technical Skills :
Callidus Business Systems Analyst having 5 or more years of experience and worked in minimum 2 Callidus based ICM Implementations and expertise in managing the support releases (Planning, executing the deployments). S/he should have experience in Callidus TrueComp along Informatica, Actuate , Business objects and Crystal reports. S/he will be working with Business owners, implementation partners, technical and quality testing teams.

Configure advanced functionality while understanding integration points with other work streams.
Collaborate with business and GIS leads to set direction & overall design strategy.

Research/troubleshoot integrated system issues.
Represent sub area of expertise in integration sessions and business forums with supervision.
Champion systems implementation methodology through coaching sessions and formal knowledge transfer.
Preferred Education: Bachelor''s Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities
? Develop business requirements; conduct business analysis, understanding business practices and approaches and recommending business process changes.
? Plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
? Conduct significant systems testing; support data conversions; support local system rollouts; exercise any required project management and execute all work in alignment with system plans.
? Understand, propose, and help implement new business processes through business operations and new systems. Work to continually understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, and work them seamlessly into the bigger picture.
? Help users develop processes, procedures, and training.
? May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
? During times of emergencies, outages and project planned work; employees are expected to be on call and available until the event is addressed. During system conversions, extra effort may be required in order to ensure the roll out of the system is successful.
? Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Preferred Education
Bachelor''s degree or global equivalent.
Work Experience
Typically 5 or more years of related professional experience. This position can also be filled by a business person with 5 years of business experience looking for this career option.
Skills & Competencies
? Basic skills in areas of Incentives and Commission management , Callidus Trucomp, Informatica,Business objects ,Actual and Crystal reports
? Use of professional concepts.
? Understands company policies and procedures which are used as a guideline to resolve issues.
? Basic analytical skills and business acumen including knowledge of multiple divisions.
? Communication required such as understanding Business Users, Discussing Basic Processes and Developing Processes.
? Has knowledge and experience in Clarity PPM Tool.
Certifications
? Having a certification in Callidus TrueComp certification is a plus
