POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior IT Compliance Specialist is a key member of the Global Security and Risk Management (SRM) team which provides IT and security governance and support for EA-Ts business worldwide. This position will be focused on all aspects of risk and compliance, with a particular emphasis on Payment Cardholder Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other industry and regulatory compliance requirements. The position works closely with the key business units such as Legal, HR, IT, SRM, Global Audit, etc. and requires the ability to balance business needs and corporate standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Help develop, manage, and enhance the IT compliance programs including PCI, PII, and SOX. Assist with developing and reviewing corrective action plans to address the root cause and prevent reoccurrences of compliance issues. Collaborate with the various IT and business teams to manage project tasks and provide assistance to satisfy compliance requirements. Work closely with the Global Audit, external audit, and IT teams to develop and coordinate a compliance schedule (monitoring and testing). Identify and prioritize IT and security compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigating controls. Participate in the development of the enterprise risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures. Promote security and compliance standards, policies and procedures including interpreting compliance requirements for IT and the business. Prepare and help deliver risk and compliance training and promote security awareness to EA personnel. Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and industry specific security and compliance requirements in order to ensure ongoing and future compliance. JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor-Ts degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical major. Big 4 experience or relevant experience highly desired 5 years+ of IT and business experience, leading risk and compliance assessments or audits in an IT, Audit or compliance role. Experience in working with a GRC tool such as Archer, Modulo, Agiliance, etc. Proven experience managing audit and compliance processes and procedures, including project planning, control testing and remediation activities. Solid understanding of assessing and designing internal controls in an enterprise-level environment. Experience in planning, organizing, and developing IT compliance policies, procedures, and practices. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Demonstrated ability to understand IT and business challenges in solving compliance issues. Knowledge of technology environments, including information security, encryption methods, and privacy-based solutions. Substantial exposure to cloud security, data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems. Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies. Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt and react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently in a high pressure environment.
