Intuit Financial Services (IFS) of Intuit, Inc., is a fast-paced, results-oriented business providing SaaS-based services to over 11 million end users. These services include on-line banking, bill pay and personal financial management solutions delivered via the digital media and mobile devices. IFS is seeking an experienced quality leader with the following responsibilities: * Influences product direction and quality, balancing both business requirements and sustainable testing processes. * Drives the design and development of functional test automation as well as end-to-end testing * Mentors team on best practices in quality engineering * Provides ongoing coaching to QA team to enable their continued growth and development within the organization * Determines best practices and guidelines for test case development and execution * Drives in test design and architecture discussions * Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple teams * Contributes test ideas and innovations for continual improvements in quality and efficiency * Minimum 10 years experience in a fast-paced software industry with an excellent understanding of front end and back end QE methodologies. * Experience managing and leading complex projects from test planning through Production deployment * Solid understanding of web application architecture * Experience in Agile development lifecycle * Experience in managing and leading complex projects from test planning through production launch * Java and Selenium experience is required, with solid experience in ensuring clean, well-written, and maintainable test code * Experienced manager with a track record of developing world class quality organizations * Ability to collaborate well across product teams to drive success of the bigger picture organizational goals Discover what it's like to be part of a team that rewards taking risks and trying new things.
