SIT Specialist-I (MS Dynamic CRM) DESCRIPTION As a System Integration and Testing team (SIT) member, you are directly responsible for testing the products and solutions produced by the development group to ensure that the quality goal and planned functionality is achieved. This individual contributor role requires you to obtain an understanding of the customer requirements, system architecture, design implementation details of software products and new features, and developing test cases based on this understanding. Roles & Responsibilities · Review the requirements and design (implementation) of the Products/Solutions · Understand system architecture and solutions · Ensure that system meets customer/product requirements. · Define and create test strategies · Develop test plans and test cases · Have good understanding of testing infrastructure · Setup and configure test environment · Integration testing · Product Performance and Capacity Benchmark Testing Technical Skills: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in testing products/solutions and hands on experience with the majority of areas listed below: ·Should have overall solid telecom knowledge (GSM /CDMA concepts or Prepaid/Postpaid Subscriber’s life cycle) -Must have MS Windows / .Net environment / IIS working knowledge · Telecom Billing knowledge (Having experience in any billing system KENAN, amdocs LHS etc..) · E2E testing knowledge of telecom rating/billing call flows · MS-SQL Server, Oracle, PL-SQL scripting skills. Should at least be able to write queries. . Good to have MS-Dynamic CRM / Oracle Seibel CRM / any other CRM Knowledge · Good to have basic rating knowledge (Voice, SMS, Data) . Good to have Test Management tool working experience . Automation experience in Windows platform will be an added advantage. · Good test case design skills · Good integration testing skills – viewing and debugging logs and co-relating them with CDR’s and DB states. · Optional - knowledge of revenue assurance Soft Skills:
