Northridge is seeking a motivated, team-oriented, customer-facing candidate with 0-5yearsof experience as a SoftwareEngineerin the hands-on development and deployment of Microsoft solutions. This individual will participate in requirements gathering and documentation, analysis and design, and software development.
An understanding of the.NET Framework and related Microsoft technologies in a variety of business environments is desired. This individual must be able to contribute in the development of new applications and must also be able to work directly with clients in the support and maintenance of existing applications. An ability to communicate with clients both verbally and in written form is a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript, JQuery) is required.
Strong ability to assist clients with business requirements for their solutions and implement the correct solution approach.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Business analysis and business processunderstanding.
Qualifications Include:
An understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft technologies and hands-on experience with the .NETFramework.
Experience in databasedesign and databaseperformance tuning.
Experience with SharePoint technologies (MOSS and WSS).
Experience with Microsoft SQLServer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
