Kelly IT Resources has an opportunity for an IT Technical Analyst in Detroit, Michigan. This position will be for a 6 month duration. Job Description: Provides detailed analysis, gathering and defining of business requirements, develop and modify application programs, provide detailed specifications and documentation, communicate with end users and Information Technology management staff, provide ongoing support of application systems, work in a team environment. Required General Skills: - Strong business analyst skills as evidenced by the ability to meet with end users and define detailed programming specifications. - Strong programming skills, experience developing and implementing small to large programming projects. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to identify and document areas for process improvements.
