Title: .Net Tech Lead
DUTIES:
· Lead team of onshore and offshore developers
· Ensure StarTek technical and architectural
standards are implemented
· Participate in the development of applications
alongside the developers
· Coach and train developers on technical skills
· Ensure all development quality standards are
adhered to
Create application designs and specifications
from user requirements
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
· .NET Ninja - knows (almost) everything there is
to know about development using
Microsoft technologies
· Lives and breathes agile development -
wouldn't work any other way if given a
choice
· Is a quality fanatic - believes that high
development quality is the cornerstone of all
successful applications
· Great team leader - doesn't rescue the team
every time they get stuck, but gives
them coaching and guidance to point them in
the right direction
· Hands on - doesn't just sit back and tell others
what to do. Dives in and takes development
tasks along-side the other developers.
· Gets development in a global environment -
has no problems or hang-ups working
with team members in far-away and exotic
locations.
· Great with users and product owners - Works
well with people that might not know
exactly what they want (or why they even want
it)

Gets why the business needs the

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE
· 3+ years developing in MVC pattern applications
· 7+ years developing in Windows/Web Forms, User/Custom
Controls, Windows Services, OOP, .NET C# /
2.0/3.5/4.0
· 4+ years developing using business objects
· 2+ years as a development lead for a team of 5+ developers
· 3+ years developing with agile methods such as TDD, CI, XP
· 4+ years developing T/SQL on MS SQL Server platform
· 2+ years developing Entity Framework / Lync
· 3+ years developing SOA applications
