Overview:
Independently analyze user specifications and requirements. Encodes, tests, debugs, and documents programs on large-scale, complex projects. Revises and updates programs and documentation as required. Exercise independent judgment to solve challenges inherent in application development. Act as a resource for other programmer/analysts when question arise concerning company products.

Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Clinical Guidelines Engine. 85% • Coordinate with peer team and senior management on design ideas and ways of implementing and developing. • Attend and participate in team related meetings. • Collaborate with project management to ensure that project deadlines are met
Qualifications:
• Required: o At least 5 years experience in SQL, analysis, design, and application development of software. o Experience using C++, C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and/or Oracle. o Excellent English language skills, both written and oral, to communicate with internal and external customers. o Good organization skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. o Must be a strong team player. • Preferred o Strong customer service skills in working with users. o Understanding of HL7 and other healthcare related standards o Ability to understand complex details of computer program design. o Demonstrates a good understanding of quality processes and the ability to produce high quality solutions.
