PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Systems Analyst / Senior COBOL Programmer Analyst (Healthcare)
Application Analysis and Design. Gathering requirements from business end users, preparing specifications. Coordinating work with offshore teams.
Create appropriate analysis project documents.
Attend project meetings to monitor project progress and participate in design decisions.
Ability to complete Technical Specification, Functional Specifications, Workflow Diagrams.
Provide input to development, support and QA teams throughout the SDLC – planning, scoping, implementation, coding phases.
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels of the organization, and from a variety of disciplines, such as business, developers, QA.
