Overview:

Technical Support Analyst provides superior customer service by assisting customers with their technical problems.

This position is located in Austin, TX


Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service by assisting customers with their technical problems.
? Maintain appropriate communication and follow-up with customers to keep them updated on resolution statuses.
? Utilize monitoring tools to identify and initiate resolution on problems before they are reported by the customer.
? Maintain accurate record of all customer service issues in TrackWise, including real-time updates.
? Ensure that open customer tickets meet Service Level Targets, i.e., 24 hour turnaround on Urgent (Priority 1) issues.
? Consult supervisor on customer issues that are not meeting Service Level Targets and any other customer issues that might require escalation or intervention.
? Maintain customer confidentiality.
? Other duties as may be assigned


Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Superb customer service skills.
? Proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
? Detail-oriented.
? Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
? Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
