JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Configuration/Data Manager, you will apply knowledge of the fundamentals of configuration management to establish and maintain consistency of a products performance, functional and physical attributes with its requirements, design and operational information throughout its life. Key activities include:
. Analyze the impacts of the configuration management change process on life cycle sustainment
. Identify all pertinent sources of and uses for configuration management data
. Confirm the adequacy of data for use in functional and physical configuration audits
. Propose resolution to conflicting engineering chance proposal recommendations
. Participate in government and industry teams in the resolution of complex configuration management issues
. Assess how proposed configuration management changes may impact systems sustainment and supportability

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
. High school diploma or GED certification
. 2-10+ years of configuration/data management work for the senior positions

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
. Relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of experience

You must be a US Citizen and hold at least an active DoD SECRET Clearance to be considered for the position.
