Account Analyst :

Position Summary: Account Analyst is responsible for centrally located oversight and support services. Will have responsibility for coordination of issues and operational needs for determined dental facilities located throughout the U.S. Position reports and is located with the team Operations Manager. Primary job responsibilities: - Assigning, tracking, verification and invoice approval of customer generated work orders - Following up on work orders to insure timely completion - Approval or correction of purchase order requests based on completion verification - Regular verbal and written communication with external customers, service vendors, and material providers for work order explanation, assignment, and completion follow-up - Regular communication and coordination with company Network Operations Center in support of emergency defined work orders - Provide central coordination and scheduling activities for Operations Team as needed - Provide a backup support role to Operation Mgr. and Facility Mgrs. as needed or requested - May be requested to provide occasional off hours phone support for emergency defined issues in backup to Facility and Operations Managers Education / Experience Requirement: - High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 3 years customer service experience. Experience with CMMS programs such as Corrigo, or Maximo strongly preferred. Skill Requirement: - Strong computer and data entry skills. Experience with Microsoft Office required. Experience with CMMS programs such as Corrigo, or Maximo strongly preferred - Knowledge of common Accounting practices and purchase order approval process - Excellent customer service and written / verbal communication skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and diffuse negative situations - Must be well organized and detail oriented with sound judgment and decision making skills - Experience in or Knowledge of Facilities Management / Construction practices strongly preferred. - Must work well in a fast paced, high volume environment - Must work well under pressure and be able to handle changing priorities - Experience working with demanding customers and vendors located in several varying external locations
