Title: Accounting Analyst Location: MYS-Bayan Lepas · Responsible for daily maintenance in Domino/Portal for all SKUs attribution to support GAAP calculator. · Identifying "new" SKUs created in Domino/Portal and S&P Harmony and applying the attribution per the guidance and direction of the Oversight lead and the Global Controls · Responsible for updated product knowledge and proper application of rules as well as updating documentation and supplying changes to SKU population to the Oversight Lead · Month end close GAAP calculator support to ensure all SKU attributed and resolved attribution related issues in timely manner to enable the closing. · Providing support to Monarch hierarchies - maintaining the hierarchy including any exception reporting for Services, Base, 3rdParty Base, and S&P Products. · Review change requests to the offerings reporting hierarchies in conjunction with the business. · Work closely with Corporate Reporting, Data Governance, Global Controls, S&P and Services COC, Revenue and Services Accounting, PG and various other Finance Business partners. · This candidate should have strong core competencies like financial/business acumen, understanding the SOX guidance as it pertains to software to include the 00-21 and 97-2, attention to detail, drive for results, command skills, and dealing with ambiguity. · A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, CPA with 2 years (depend on grade) of experience is preferred · Integrity and ability to interact effectively at all levels · Detailed knowledge and understanding of Dell's business, products, and systems required. · Experienced with Heavy Data Analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Oracle applications, and SQL is preferred
