LargePrinceton,NJcorporation seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong financial reporting and consolidation experience. The right candidate will have project/cost experience and will be responsible for leading a centralized services transaction accounting team, implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures that ensure the highest level of efficiency while maintaining appropriate internal controls and compliance withUSGAAP.
The right candidate will have:
· 5-9 years experience, ideally a combination of Public Accounting and Private
Industry, but public not a must
· C.P.A. license or certifiable desired?not mandatory
· Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
· Solid experience in general ledger accounting
· Supervisory role in Accounting/Finance
* Bachelor?s degree in Accounting\Finance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
