Technology Associates partners with government and commercial agencies that require development of systems, such as communication systems, asset management, network deployment and engineering services, power and energy management solutions, portal applications, command and control, and geospatial information systems (GIS) to operate more efficiently and profitably. Technology Associates is always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. We are currently building our candidate bench of Senior Acquisition Analysts. Summary: Under limited supervision provides acquisition program management services to support Technology Associates client(s). Management Scope: This position may have direct reports. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree with 8 years or more experience in program management. * DAU Level II or III Certification in Program Management or equivalency. Experience working with ACAT IV programs and Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs) is highly desired. * Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of programs * Knowledge of DoD 5000 Series * Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to make sound judgments within established policies and procedures * Professional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively * Demonstrated time management and organizational skills * Technical, analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to participate and work in a team environment * Customer service skills and/or strong interpersonal skills * Ability to obtain/maintain the required level of security clearance, Secret clearance
Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide acquisition program management support Technology Associate's client(s). * Lead and train junior acquisition analysts * Interact with the government customer on a weekly or daily basis if required * Develop acquisition program documentation in accordance with DoD 5000 Series directives and client policies. Documentation includes but is not limited to the MARCORSYSCOM Single Acquisition Master Plan (MC-SAMP), POA&Ms, Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA) Statements of Work (SOW) and others as directed by the customer. * Attend meetings related to program management, set agendas and record and publish minutes. * Assist in the development and implementation of program budgets, schedules, and requirements documents. * Domestic travel as required. * Other duties as required.
