Position: ADA Instructor (CCC/BOLC-B)
Location: Fort Sill, OK
Summary
Perform non-personal services as an Instructor for the Air Defense Captain’s Career Course or the BOLC-B Course.
Duties and Responsibilities * Mentor and developing students into technically and tactically proficient leaders in order to prepare them for assignment as staff officers and battery level commanders in combat units. * Facilitate learning and the development of students, to include international allied officers. * Provide quality small group instructions in Intelligence of the battlefield, Contemporary Operational Environment, Military Decision Making Process, Combined Arms Doctrine, Air and Missile Defense Weapons System and organization and associated employment strategies. * Provide instructions on Leadership, Training management, and Force Protection. * Prepare PowerPoint presentations and charts for briefings pertaining to TRADOC training; consisting of Intelligence of the battlefield, Contemporary Operational Environment 2. Education · Graduate of ADA Captains Career Course or First Sergeant Course preferred · College degree preferred
Experience * Certification on Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), System Approach to Training Basic Course (SATBC), Total Army Instructor Training Course (TAITC), and Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC). * Certification in Training Development Mid-Management Course (TDMMC) (preferred but not required). * 2 or more years experience as an ADA instructor preferred. * Air Defense Artillery Officer or NCO Advanced course. * Battalion, Brigade, or Division staff experience preferred. * Recent overseas deployment experience preferred. * Instructors shall read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently and maintain good communication skills with cadre and students.
