Advanced Analytics Expert & Algorithm Development Architect (f/m) - SAP Design and New Applications
SAP is the global market leader for business software and thus contributes a considerable part of the world's economic power grid. At SAP you get your chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact. * Support the requirements capture process and design utility-specific analytical applications. * Implement and test analytical algorithms, applications and business process related calculations using in-memory database technologies. * Deploy solutions at beta customers, and understand and discuss requirements. * Evaluate test results and re-factor designs to capture user requirements. * Document and present results. * Experience with statistical analysis and toolboxes such as SAS, SPSS, R or others. * Relational databases, SQL, SQL Script. * Software development experience using C++, ABAP or Java. * Experience of creating efficient numerical algorithms, Data Mining or parallel programming is an advantage. * Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Technologies (ideally SAP Business Warehouse) of advantage. * Good understanding of software development and algorithm development. * Good knowledge of analytics and statistical analysis (Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling), and mathematics (e.g. optimization). * Creativity, teamwork, analytical thinking, and a drive for results. * Pragmatic, goal-oriented approach to your work. * Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and German.
