Our mission solutions include: biometrics, identity intelligence (I2), counterintelligence; command, control, communications, computers, and combat systems intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (C5ISR); and Cyber security and enterprise architectures that protect U.S. interests at home and abroad.
Serve as an instructor for the Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC) at the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA), Defense CI/HUMINT Center (DCHC), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Train all areas of planning and conducting Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO). Responsible for course organization, curriculum development, student evaluations and course critiques. Requirements: Candidates must be certified case officers with field experience and graduates of the JCITA Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Course. Graduates of the US Navy or Air Force Counter-espionage legacy courses will be considered for this position. The following qualifications are highly desired: • Five years of OFCO experience • Bilateral OFCO experience • Surveillance Detection experience • Instructional Systems Design (ISD) • Learning Management System (LMS) The following qualifications are required: • Possess a Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) • Knowledge in CI investigations, report writing and functional CI support.
