Advanced Solution Architect
•A minimum of 3 years technical sales and project management
•2-3 years of sales experience in wireless data desired
•Sales experience into CIO organization
•RFP experience for large computer and/or telecommunication projects
•Financial acumen to generate comprehensive ROI models
•Solid technical understanding of transmission of data over wireless networks coupled with basic knowledge of WAN data communication technologies and data transport services-including analog and digital services
•BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
•Experience managing large regional territories, budgets, and operations
•Superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, and operations skills
•Ability to meet aggressive deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment

•Ability to travel, valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insuranceThis position is quota bearing and is responsible for assigned regional Data Sales including targeting and developing data opportunities by delivering vendor ecosystem and value chain expertise as well as leveraging solution component expertise and total solution knowledge. This person will guide innovation through internal process, tool and team expertise and by developing customer, vendor, partner, and internal team working relationships. Drive regional data account penetration by leveraging products and services while collaborating with GEMs, MAMs and B2B Director.
Performance Management: Achieves data activations wide and deep by penetrating headquartered and Greenfield solution opportunities to meet or exceed assigned performance goals and metrics, service and quotas. Accountable for achieving quotas, driving growth and promoting/selling data products and services. Conducts sales meetings with potential and existing customers to establish strong working relationships and promote the quality of Verizon Wireless data products and services. Lead industry trade shows and events both Internal and Regional. Scope and Manage technical Projects in matrix reporting structure. Manages data presentations and summits.
Market and Industry Knowledge: Analyzes data sales results and market conditions to discover opportunities for growth. Reviews tracking reports and stays continuously updated on data sales results. Develops strategies to support growth opportunities for data products and services to grow market share and increase ARPU within assigned accounts/territories. Remains current on all wireless products and services, industry and competitive trends.
Customer Retention: Manages and grows existing customer base and manages churn. Develops customer retention tools. Collaborates cross-functionally with channels to analyze issues that impact Data Sales, and recommends, develops, and implements process improvements. Resolves customer concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
