L-3 Global Security & Engineering Services is seeking United States Air ForceTactical Air Control Partyexpertise to prepare for future contracted positions supporting Air Combat Command (ACC).
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Review, assess and provide recommendations on Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) capabilities, requirements and issues. Provide operational and technical service support for the development and coordination of plans, programs and documentation associated with operational missions, weapon systems, and support actions. Support development, review and coordination of required warfighting capabilities through the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process. Provide subject matter expertise with the Planning, Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Interface with other Air Force, Joint and Service staff personnel, operational units, acquisition centers, and senior leaders as required. Prepare written communications and presentations in accordance with organization standards and style guides. Assist with organizing, conducting and providing subject matter expertise for meetings, conferences, and program reviews.

Position Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related discipline. 5-12 years experience in operational or technical area of expertise. Previous experience on HQ USAF or Major Command staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications. Security Clearance: Secret - Top Secret (SCI Eligibility).
Applicants selected for these positions will require anactiveDoD Secret, Top Secret clearance, background screening and the ability to obtain a SCI if applicable. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.
