Minimum Requirements: . Minimum BS in engineering (chemical, mechanical, environmental), environmental sciences, or related discipline.
. Minimum 12 years of solid air quality consulting experience, with a high degree of technical competence in Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, and MACT.
. Business development skills must include the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
. Strong written and oral communication, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
. Proficient use of PC- based applications ( MS Word, Excel, Access) and good typing skills are required, as well as a motivated, hard-working team player with attention to detail.
. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

Job Description: URS Cleveland, OH office is seeking candidates for a team member to help grow the air practice, which will involve assisting clients in assessing and achieving compliance with air quality requirements at the Federal, State, and local levels.
The Project Manager will work for a variety of industries (immediate need in supporting natural gas production from shale formation), support existing clients, and develop proposals/pursue marketing efforts independently. The position requires completing projects on time and accurately. The team member will promote and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude.
The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing air quality projects; compliance auditing; permitting and strategic regulatory analysis; interfacing with clients and regulators; developing and conducting client training; conducting internal technical reviews; overseeing the activities of junior level staff; reviewing draft permits and negotiating permit conditions with regulatory agencies; and other duties as assigned.
