Job Description: Responsible for delivery of all Business Analyst responsibilities required for the Cisco International initiative under the direction of the Project Manager in a matrix organization. Candidate will be viewed as a SME resource by peers within the function. Be the liaison between the stakeholders and IT teams; interact with the IT Development teams as well as other cross functional teams as required in deliverables management to ensure project success.
.The candidate will complete GAP analysis, Impact assessment, gathering Business Requirements, process flow documentation and Change Request Management for all aspects of project delivery with guidance from the Project Manager following the protocol established within the organization. .Candidate will work closely with external vendors and internal users in project execution (development and implementation), including resolution of issues, capture of further requirements adhering to PLC gates and risk identification/ management. .Responsible for Quality management by providing guidance to QA teams in creating and executing both manual and automated test cases in Mercury Quality Center for the different testing cycles. .This will include all testing that is required to validate interfaces and business functions/ processes. This may include different types of test cases such as unit, string or end-to-end test cases. .Participate in defect reporting and resolution during the testing cycles and partner with the corresponding IT analyst to test and provide sign-off on the fixes implemented. .Candidate must possess a strong understanding of global Accounting processes and Oracle ERP applications such as AR, Credit, Collection, and Revenue .Ensure compliance management. .Must possess the ability to build and cultivate strong relationships across multiple functional areas and be capable of working with teams and commit to deadlines, fostering a positive work environment. .Ability to actively manage competing deliverables to meet business commitments and Project Manager's expectations. .Must have the ability to monitor and report the on-going project status to the Project Manager.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field with 3-5 years of experience Functional ERP Oracle 11i/ Release 12 Financial application knowledge
?Experience executing projects utilizing Project Life Cycle methodology; deliverables management ?Experience and solid understanding of end-to-end Finance Invoice to Cash processes with ability to lead change ?3-5 years experience as an Analyst with Revenue, Credit, Collection and Accounts Receiveables applications ?Oracle 11i/R12 systems experience a plus ?3-5 years experience in leading QA teams, BAT, UAT coordination ?Strong team player, capable of dealing with complex issues ?Strong communications and analytical skills a must. ?Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders ?Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change within the organization with minimum supervision ?Proficiency in Microsoft applications
