Support the Director / Associate Manager, Financial Reporting in the analysis of the Company's financial reports to effectively manage non-Payroll Expenses and deliver Expense savings and reductions.

Responsibilities:
Own the EBIT, NY Download, Expense Details and Overseas reporting process.
Support the Director / Associate Manager with ad hoc analysis, monthly, seasonal or annual analysis of non-Payroll Expenses by Family of Business and Business Area.
Provide accurate and actionable analysis identifying non-payroll Expense savings opportunities and potential overages by Family of Business and Business Area.
Assist in the development of the Seasonal and Annual MMG Non-Payroll budgets.
Deliver excellent customer service to Merchant contacts by providing ad hoc analysis, researching non-Payroll Expense issues, tracking variances and reclassing as appropriate.
Participate in monthly non-Payroll Expense budget reviews with FOB and BA decision makers.
Ensures accuracy and integrity in all data and reporting.
Expert in BTR, Fedfar and MMAT systems.
Prepare monthly financial closing files - run access queries and update the long sheet.
Assist in the completion of the monthly management letter - compile Expense, EBIT and OS statistics.
Partner with INC RTW and Moderate Design on non-Payroll Expense management.
Act as a primary Merchant contact on all issues related to non-Payroll Expenses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Detail oriented, proactive and strategic
Excellent analytical and strong communication skills
Finance and / or Accounting background
Intermediate knowledge of Access, Excel and VBA
