The Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) has site responsibility for supporting the MPE organization to meet key metrics on inventory, factory material flow and on time release performance, and will overcome near term obstacles to drive alignment of supply and demand of materials for site operations. The SCA will attend and take actions from various site meetings such as tiered-accountability meetings. The SCA will coordinate with various functions and the external supply base to address supply issue. The SCA will aid in the identification of repeat part and/or supplier issues and root cause and corrective actions with the sourcing team.



Key Responsibilities:

. Coordinate to insure that potential problems/risks are proactively identified and resolved
. Team with internal team members to drive key performance improvements
. Work with manufacturing, planning and scheduling organizations to identify and act upon improvement opportunities
. Provide data and analysis for poorly performing parts/suppliers and act in a leading/supporting role in defining the solution
. Drive alignment of supply and demand, within the Honeywell guiding requirements and policies
. Provide team or leadership with regular status on inventory issues/resolutions/actions
. Achieve quantifiable results (e.g.: cost reduction, cycle-time/defect reduction, non value-added elimination) for high-impact issues
. Act on behalf of the functional process groups to integrate the process changes into current Management Operating Systems
. Escalate Customer-specific critical issues
. Utilize skills of planning, coordinating and implementation of new business processes that reduce cycle time, increase productivity
. Resolve business conflicts across business groups, presenting facts, documenting alternatives and objectively driving change
. Document and track a 12 month project plan with quarterly implementation milestones for inventory reduction
. Drive Customer OTD greater 90% through project team
. Assist in the site achieving MPS OTD greater 95%
. Support the site in achieving MRP OTD/OTR greater 85%


Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree
· 3-5 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain


Additional Qualifications:

· Ability to take the lead in process improvement efforts which may span various elements of the organization
· Practical applications experience with statistical/analytical/problem solving techniques
· Solid communications and leadership skills (must be able to lead multiple cross-functional teams of 5-20 individuals)
· Project management and presentation skills (must be comfortable interacting with all levels within the company, including site, SBE, and SBU)
· Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking.
· High-Energy
· Skillful in resolving conflict and driven by results
· Strong PC skill (MS Office, MS Project, Visual Basic and MRP)
