ANG Real Property Manager
Assists the Real Estate Chief with the oversight of real property programs and actions at multi-Air National Guard bases located within the United States and its territories. Provides in-depth information on Air National Guard real estate instruments, practices and procedures required to assist the Programming Division with the implementation and execution of long and short range real estate plans, requirements and projects.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience of which a minimum of 6 years of experience must include civil engineering real property systems or related discipline. 4 years of related experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge on real estate and ability to interpret and adapt processes and procedures to meet ANG unique real estate goal and objectives.
- Knowledge of various real estate instrument applications and instrument content requirements to advise the ANG on appropriate instrument, amendment, renewal or disposal application to be used to ensure property rights obtained meet ANG unique mission requirements.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications: Skill in database management for use of the United States Air Force Automated Civil Engineering Project Management System (ACES), with a specialty in the Real Property Management Screens.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
