Application Developer Primary Duties:* Work in a collaborative software development environment, providing assistance and guidance to all teams* Participate hands-on in developing code for critical business applications using the .NET Framework and SQL Server technologies. Play a key role in defining technology roadmaps and work closely with the business to align technology roadmap objectives with business goals* Collaborate with IT Management, Technical Leads, and Business Systems Analyst Leads to architect and design large, complex enterprise platforms with the goal of delivering value to the business* Create a strategy to transition to newer technologies in a manner that maximizes ROI and minimizes risk* Deliver elegant, simple, and pragmatic technical solutions to real business problems* Drive architectural patterns and design improvements including performance tuning to realize SLA objectives and minimize long-term maintenance costs* Contribute thought leadership on approach, design, and process by providing alternatives and revealing trade-offs to facilitate the making of rational decisions* Be fully engaged as a member of the development team contributing in iteration and release planning, group problem solving sessions, pair programming, code reviews and retrospectives* Establish and maintain technical credibility through hands-on execution and mentor development staff in designing and implementing elegant and maintainable solutions to business problems* Take initiative and proactively communicate with and amongst the teams. Promote collaboration* Diagnose and resolve issues that arise throughout development iterations. Provide transparency into obstacles and paths to resolution* Ability to define how an enterprise information system will align with the organization's business and strategic objectivesRequirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.* 10+ years of experience in software development with strong customer focus and requirements-driven design and development.* 5 years of experience leading analysis, design and architecture of enterprise platforms.* In-depth experience developing software using the .NET framework through version 4.0.* 5+ years of experience in C#.* Strong experience with WCF, developing web services in the .NET environment, Service * Oriented Architecture, and multi-tier software design and development.* Strong experience with development best practices, design patterns and common frameworks.* Advanced OOA/OOD techniques to design enterprise applications.* Thorough understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies. * Strong experience in agile development methodologies and associated tools.* Experience developing both WinForms and web-based .NET applications.* Experience developing solutions with MVC.* Familiarity with MVP, MVC, and MVVM design patterns.* Strong knowledge of the design and implementation relational databases, with hands-on experience with SQL Server.* Strong Web development skills including JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, DOM, DHTML, ferred Qualifications:* WPF and XAML experience* Silverlight experience* Azure experience* SharePoint development experienceFor consideration, please send your resume to Paul Montoya at
