The candidate should be a well-rounded software engineer with a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust business applications using web technologies. The candidate must be capable of designing and developing significant new functionality as well as consistently producing on-going sustaining maintenance of the system. The candidate must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding, good communication skills, and most of all enthusiasm for tackling the complex problems with team. We tackle challenging and busy situation every day. -Human Resource Business Process Analysis and Support -Customer Support for any issues/requests/new development -System Maintenance for stable GHR operation -System documentation(System/User Manual, Technical Specification, Test Scenario, Release, etc) Requirements- *BA/BS degree in Computer Science preferred with a strong academic record. *At least 5 years of server-side web application programming experience. *Strong Java skills and object oriented design experience, including working knowledge of core libraries, design patterns, JSP, Servlets, Struts Framework, and J2EE. *Excellent database development skills including advanced SQL programming, a solid understanding of database technologies, and logical and physical data modeling. *Significant development experience in a Unix/Linux environment. *Experience with SAP ERP integration a plus.
