Dominion Enterprises ( ) - a leader in providing resources, information, and web services to the real estate, apartment, specialty vehicle, employment, and travel industries - has an immediate need for an Application Support Specialist. This exciting position is based in Carrollton, TX and will be part of a team that is responsible for remotely supporting desktops, mobile devices using applications which includes but is not limited to: Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, , Windows 7, Microsoft Office, GoogleApps and FrontRange. Candidate will regularly perform these tasks: Analyze manual work flows and automate/optimize with computerized systems Observe users' full-compliance to the systems policies Provide support for internal accounting and CRM systems Support new mobile technologies in an enterprise environment Write documentation that is user-friendly and understandable to the end-user Professionally work with all levels of personnel Perform other tasks as assigned Ideal candidates will have: 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems 3 years of demonstrated PC support Bachelor's degree in Computer science or four years on-the-job equivalent
