Applications Support Representative
The Applications Support Representative will provide customer service to customers on a project basis. Serve as resource to application users in the resolution of general issues or questions. Answer phone and respond to customer questions in a timely manner.
Respond to phone, fax and email inquiries from application users: • Maintain record of phone calls • Log in each call and document actions taken for resolution • Answer general questions and refer more complicated issues to Applications Expert
Ensure application support jobs are completed according to the priority guaranteed by contract with the customer: • Ensure projects tasks are handled to completion • Maintain up-to-date documentation within the applications and update the help text in the system.
Ongoing client training, hardware support, internal tasks or implementation. • Test new or changed software functionalities • Update website and maintain/monitor passwords • Conduct special projects, as needed
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Applications - Outlook, Word, Excel
• Data entry skills of 50WPM
• Strong Accounting knowledge
• A minimum of 2 years Customer Service Representative experience
