Technology Associates partners with government and commercial agencies that require development of systems, such as communication systems, asset management, network deployment and engineering services, power and energy management solutions, portal applications, command and control, and geospatial information systems (GIS) to operate more efficiently and profitably.
Summary:  Under limited supervision provides management and technical leadership in the development and implementation of technical enterprise-wide solutions of a third party maintenance management system.
 Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Five years real estate acquisition, land use planning and/or construction management experience in the telecommunications industry
Three years project management experience
Intermediate level knowledge with Microsoft Office
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Customer service skills and/or strong interpersonal skills
Technical degree or certification in AutoCAD and/or Micro station
Three years experience as CAD operator in engineering or architectural field
Experience with floor plan development
Experience creating attribute blocks
Advanced level with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Map
Intermediate level with MS Office
Knowledge of geospatial data and CAD standards including A/E/C standards preferred
Experience with ESRI Arc GIS software preferred
 Duties and Responsibilities:
 Manage projects to include allocation of resources, budget tracking and status reports.
Prepare project cost estimates to include but not limited to, labor, travel, equipment and software.
Write technical proposals and review proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction.
Report client responsibilities.
Available for domestic and international as required.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
