Assembly Systems Launch Project Support
The Assembly Systems Launch Project Support is responsible for ITM systems integration on vehicle program launches at manufacturing assembly plants. Ensure adherence to Chrysler standards and testing procedures through final validation of OEM equipment. Interface between OEM, ME, Plant and Corporate ITM application groups. Organize, manage, control, and lead all ITM activities to meet the program's cost and timing requirement. Lead status meetings with project team. Make program status presentations to ITM, business partners and management. Incorporate and maintain project documentation such as project charter, quality gate deliverable and signoff, meeting minutes, issues lists, financial tracking and master timing schedule.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 0-2 years of IT experience
Preferred Qualifications: • Machine controls experience in PLC's, PLC programming, machine controls, control devices and controls communications
• Experience with AB and Siemens PLC products
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or automotive assembly plants
• Knowledge of assembly plant processes in body shop, paint and trim, chassis & final areas
