Associate Analyst, DMAX and Non-Traditional Channels Job
Purpose:
This position is responsible for providing non-traditional multi-brand marketing support and DMA-based analytical support. Responsibilities of this position include attending cross-brand and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between partner brands; coordinating and ensuring seamless execution of multi-brand merchandising support; and, serving as team lead in using analytical tools provided to run reports on key business metrics such as sales, transaction and mix, and providing topline analysis of results. This position offers diverse exposure to numerous functional departments within the organization, and accountability in helping ensure that optimal business decisions are made.
Job Functions:
Marketing Support for Non-traditional Restaurants: (70% of time)
* Lead non-traditional restaurant representation in key project team meetings, managing the integration for Multi-brand execution, including market test sell-in, and menuboards and POP execution for test and national programs
* Plan and utilize Multi-brand budget to support non-traditional restaurant test initiatives as needed
* Lead the development of merchandising, roadmaps and menuboard updates for KT programs
* Participate in cross-functional Multi-brand team calls to ensure alignment between brands & maximize restaurant participation.
* Assist in development and implementation of the Multi-brand Marketing Calendar
* Assist in development of alternate Marketing programs for Multi-brand restaurants when necessary
* Manage the yearly SystemOne & OneStep POP program kit and signups for Non-Traditional restaurants
* Manage development and production of POP for Non-Traditional Restaurant Menu Strategy
* Assist in the maintenance of the Multi-brand budget; Keep detailed reports of invoices and provide regular status updates
* Effectively manage internal and external vendor relationships to deliver on-time and on-budget results
* Ensure Field Communications (BCN, ARL Briefing, etc.) are field ready and appropriate for KT restaurants
DMA Excellence Analytical & Executional Support: (30% of time)
* Help detect performance trends, investigate down market challenges, and provide insights using existing tools
* Partner with Field Marketing Director, DMAX, Field Marketing or Non-Traditional Channels Manager in compiling ad hoc business performance presentations in Powerpoint
* Coordinate Ad Hoc Field Roll Ups
* Run and distribute specific weekly & monthly sales/mix reports to Multi-brand, DMAX and Field team
