Description: This position utilizes technology and process knowledge to support the day-to-day requests and enhancements for technology oriented business solutions. This position will be primarily aligned within MEDRAD's commercial area.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Provide configuration and trouble-shooting support for day-to-day operations in areas of responsibility including Sales, Field Service, Applications, and Customer Support, on a global basis.
2. Participate in project lifecycle activity including requirements definition, design, system configuration, testing, user acceptance, and deployment.
3. Collaborate with the business to translate their business needs into business solutions via process improvement and technology enablement.
4. Assess impact and develop alternatives for new business requirements & functionality
Technical / Behavioral Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related discipline.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in SAP configuration within SAP SD and SM modules preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and to contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
5. Proven internal/external customer focus along with high performance orientation, adaptability, and continuous innovation and improvement skills.
6. Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills, along with cross-functional collaboration/teamwork skills.
7. Demonstrated well rounded business acumen and leadership in the design, development and deployment of complex systems in support of cross-functional processes required.
8. Strong in Customer Focus internally and externally, Driving for Results, Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values and, Compassion.
9. Proven ability to demonstrate at minimum, MEDRAD's Team Contributor competencies: Action Oriented, Perseverance, Dealing with Ambiguity, Learning on the fly and Problem Solving.
