The Associate Analyst is responsible for maintaining the electronic eligibility files and resolving, tracking, and trending carrier error reports (eligibility and financial) for an assigned group of clients. The Associate Analyst's responsibilities also include maintaining the day-to-day working relationship with the assigned clients carriers.
Job Skills/Requirements Maintain electronic, paper, and XML eligibility files. Work with Production Support on export schedules and transfers, ensuring that issues are resolved on a timely basis and export files are sent on time. Resolve, track and trend carrier error reports. Resolve escalated member levels. Identify, communicate, and in conjuction with team, participate in the development of process improvement opportunities within SHPS and/or at the carrier. Understand SHPS products and services and how those services are delivered. Incorporate SHPS processes and procedures into position responsibilities. Back up team memebers, all aspects. All other duties as assigned.
Additional Information/Benefits All benefits are effective on the 29th day of employment with the exception of tuition reimbursement, which is effective after 90 days of employment.
