Description
World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for an Associate Analyst on the Supply Chain Applications team within the IT department. WWT specializes in providing high-tech solutions and services that enable companies to better share, distribute, organize, and analyze information.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in the on-going development and support of existing customer programs. · Provide business process design services on existing customer programs. · Collect client requirements, create design documentation, perform system setups, and prepare gap/interface functional specifications. · Analyze data flow within packaged and custom applications to resolve issues and to identify process improvements. · Create customer and internal queries/reports for the management of programs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in MIS or a related technical field. · Previous general business experience or internship, helpful. · Understanding of relational databases. · Exposure to query/report writing preferred. · Exposure to Supply Chain concepts preferred, including Order Management, Purchasing, and Planning. · Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
