This person will provide ongoing support for our client's applications in use by our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Running routine scripts to perform datafixes * Writing scripts (datafixes, queries) as assigned by and under supervision of senior analysts * Troubleshooting production issues * Following standards and procedures for work performed by the Application Support team
Education and Experience Requirements
* Two-year diploma in computer science field * Familiarity with standard development and/or enhancement methodologies Detail-oriented, strong analytical ability, exceptional troubleshooting skills Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills * Desirable Technical Skills, depending on support responsibilities: * DMS, LOGIC * Experience developing applications using: * UNIX and ORACLE (or other relational DBMS) * Experience in SQL/PL-SQL Job Type / Type d'emploi Contract / Contractuel Date Added / Date ajoutée 7/21/2010
