Bachelor's degree in engineering or bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, computer science, or related discipline. must be able to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions. Must possess strong human relations and communications skills, planning and organizing abilities. will be expected to collaborate with system users and technical developers. One year business systems experience which includes systems requirements, systems help desk, systems training, web development, business process design or technical documentation preferred.
Participate in software requirements definition, systems design and accomplish integration systems acceptance testing.
Ensure customer support via systems training, help desk and authoring of on-line help.
Assist with documenting systems functions and business process flows.
Assist re-design teams on existing systems functions and business processes.
Informs management of systems outages and abnormalities and suggests solutions to bring systems back into functional compliance.
Assists in recording of systems project progress and milestone accomplishments and assist in preparing management briefings on project status.
Record and monitor invoices through the approval process and assist in the timely payment of approved department expenses.
Participates in monitoring the end-to-end revenue and interfacing system stream to ensure revenue integrity, accuracy and completeness.
