Associate Manager IT
The MATREX team is comprised of entry level graduates with varying IT skill sets hired in the following locations:
Middletown, NJ The goal of this strategic program is to enable participants to combine their coursework with the skills and experience essential to gain a broad experience across the Information Technology (IT) organization.
Established to teach the standards of AT&T, the MATREX team gives newly hired employees the opportunity to collaborate with project teams and work with one another. With the numerous skill sets represented, self-directed members showcase their skills on a variety of technical platforms, disciplines and strategic project areas and support key strategic initiatives across IT.
Program participants will receive assignments in the IT Project Management discipline. Participants are responsible for developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. They are responsible for conducting project meetings, project tracking and project analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables; provide technical and analytical guidance to project team; recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Candidate has to be a good team player. The ability to multi-task, excellent oral and written communications skills is needed.

MATREX Requirements: • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology and other related fields
• 3.2 GPA or above preferred
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) skills, self-motivation, multi-tasking, leadership and teamwork skills are a must
• Open to US Citizens or Permanent Residents
