Apptis is looking for anAssociate Project Control Analystto join our team in Falls Church, Virginia!
Responsibilities:
* Provides on-site project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. * Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, and service administration. * Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. Duties include but are not limited to: * Written and verbal reports for Program Managers and Corporate Management. * Project Set Up form and Project Change Form preparation. * Financial Reporting and Analysis (actuals vs. forecast, actuals vs. budget, actuals vs. project funding). * Forecasting (cash, project and indirect expense). * Liason between PMs and Billing Specialist to facilitate the generation and collection of invoices. * Budget planning. * Accrual preparation * Implement financial polices and procedures in support of projects of varying complexity and size. * Keeps track of vendor invoices and processes A/P corrections.
Requirements:
* Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience * 0-2+ years of experience in project support or management * Secret Clearance Required * Intermediate Excel skills required
