Responsibilities Under direct supervision candidate assists in providing Test and Evaluation (T&E) support to Navy acquisition program offices to plan, execute, analyze, and report on Production, Developmental, Post Delivery, and Live Fire T&E. Efforts include researching T&E requirements of limited complexity, performing analysis to identify possible solutions to program challenges, and assessing options for applicability to stated functional needs. Works with more experienced T&E Professionals to determine test strategies to effectively meet program needs in accordance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements Qualifications Candidate requires a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of applicable experience. Experience with Department of Defense/Department of the Navy (DoD/DON) Acquisition Programs a definite plus. Familiarity with the DoD/DON Test and Evaluation process also a definite plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills required along with good organizational and time management skills. Candidate must be familiar with the Microsoft Office product suite especially Word and PowerPoint. The ability to obtain a security clearance is required after employment.
